This is the third or fourth time we have visited this campground. We camped here in a travel trailer. The sites here are all a nice size and shaded. The CG is large with lots of hills. There is a lake, pool and indoor pool as well as many activities for the kids. Unfortunately, on this Halloween weekend, it rained-again. This was our 2nd year we got rained on. There is a nice Halloween party-one for younger kids in the afternoon and one for teens and adults in the evening. The staff is friendly. Beware of parking police. There is also someone at the front gate checking your vehicle before entering. We will return again. Overall, a nice CG with lots of activities for the kids.

After reading other reviews with EVERYONE mentioning the EXTREMELY SMALL campsites, I can't imagine a rating higher than a 6. These were the narrowest and shortest campsites I have ever seen. It is very difficult to position your rig so you are not in your neighbor's window. Then, there is barely enough space for your picnic table (ours was right under our neighbor's slide-out) or find a suitable place for the fire ring. The Woodland section was wooded, but that's about all. You are right off the highway as well and hear the shuttle bus to Hershey and the freight train all day and half the night. The shuttle to the RV show was free and convenient, but there was no schedule. We can't understand how you need to wait 45 minutes for a 10 minute ride and all the driver does is make a loop. The shuttle to Hershey was much better and dropped you right at the entrance. We were only staying here for the RV show and Hershey park. I could not imagine actually "camping" here where you sit outside all day long and read a book or light a fire. If we return, we would stay in the section that does not have full hookup (Shady Rest) and enjoy having a little space between campers.

Well, I cannot give this CG a 10, because there are no planned activities for the kids except a movie and there is no shade at all. This is a park designed for you to go visit DC. This is a bus to bring you to a metro stop, or it is a short ride by car. The pool and bathrooms were immaculate and the staff helpful. Staff did take almost an hour to come and clean out a fire ring that the previous campers did not. The sites were very small as well. Campers spent a huge amount of time in their campers as well, although it was quite hot. Playgrounds were a lot of fun and there was a nice splash pool as well. We might return if we travel the area again.

The water slide and splash pool were fantastic, couldn't get my kids out. Activities are available for the kids daily, including a train ride. There are quite a few seasonals, with golf carts driving very quickly. Not much shade. If you do not pay the fee for a "super site" you are not even provided with a fire ring!!!!! No fires allowed until 4PM. All of the seasonals spend most of the evening in their RVs,so, there is no "camping" here. We enjoy camping and spending the night outside, and we love to smell BBQs all day. I saw no one cooking outside although it was VERY hot. Upon check-in, our site was flooded due to 5 inches of rain. The staff checked about every 15 minutes of so to check on drainage, and it drained rather quickly. Playground was nice and bathrooms were well maintained. Store well stocked. Although there was NO shade, we may return here for the water slide.

The entrance road is very long and bumpy and the store is very far from the campsites. The campsite we were originally assigned would have barely fit our 31' trailer, so we found a pull-through instead. This site was quite large and shaded. There is no sewer, but honey wagon service is provided at a fee. The playgrounds were run-down but fun. There is a fee for just about everything from not putting out your fire on time, to checking in early and using the lights to play tennis. We enjoyed fishing in the river but would not return. Staff is friendly and gives good directions. Not many activities available for kids-most of the seasonals were elderly people who enjoyed fishing, crabbing and the gospel services.

Well,we just returned from the BEST WEEKEND we have had in a while. Adults and children alike enough this wet and wild weekend. Sure, there is little to no water pressure at times, but I have never seen two grown men and a bunch of children have more fun in my life. The adults have more fun than the kids. Golf carts and trucks come around and hurl the gallons of water at you from many different devices and a million different angles. And, you defend yourself!! (Well, at least you try!!!)The sites are large, although ours was a challenge to get into, and nicely shaded. The pool is clean, and the staff came quickly when we couldn't locate the hookups. The one drawback to this park is that the playground does not have any swings, only a cool zipline. This is our second year here for Wet and Wild, and we will be back again-we need more ammunition to defend ourselves against the Land Shark.

This is a nice, small CG. The roads are dirt but easily accessible and the sites are large, shaded and very level. The pool/snack bar area rates a 10-nice and clean and good prices at the snack bar. Nice variety of activities and my kids loved the tetter-tooter and playground. Everyone was very friendly, staff and seasonals. Store was well stocked. Not many stores in the area so this is important to us. We will return.

This campground is clean. However, one of the reasons we chose CGs is for the activities. Again, these were cancelled and there was only adult bingo. We needed to go off the CG with the kids to keep them busy. This is a negative for us. But, it is close to Wildwood and we had some nice blueberries to pick. I wouldn't come here if you need activities for the kids. The pool was nice and clean but very cold. Nice playground as well.

This campground is one of the larger ones I have been to. Our site was very difficult to position our trailer in so we could open the slide and the awning, but we did. The pool looked awesome, unfortunately, it rained and we did not use it. The playgrounds were great and therapeutic for my son as well. The game room was a nice size and kept the kids busy during the rain. Cable TV was not available in our site, and the antenna didn't pick up anything. Store was very well stocked and staff was friendly. Nice birds to watch as well. Kids activities were limited. We might possibly return as the rain kept many people away and we didn't get to use the pool with the slides. Bathrooms were very clean, but didn't have paper towels or blow dryer to dry hands.

The campsites were nice and big, with lots of privacy. A major downfall are the big hills, even leading up to the pool from our site. Quite a distance to the store with lots of large hills as well. The museum tour was interesting but not many activities during the week for the kids. It's a long ride in from the main highway, but the scenery and the campsite itself were worth the wait. Just a lot of hills-if you didn't have a golf cart, getting anywhere was quite difficult.

The campsite that we were in was quite large and nicely shaded. There are a great deal of seasonals, but most of them are very friendly. We have been here several times, and my children have made some friends here. We did not get the site we requested, but I asked for a site further away from the activities because I have a young child, they were very accommodating. The quiet hour is strictly enforced, although the DJ plays until 10 PM. Quiet hours start at 11. There are plenty of activities for my kids to do and they usually attend all of them. We like to return here, especially on the holiday weekends as it is close by for us. Bathrooms and showers are kept clean, but I STILL have to pay a quarter to take a shower.

Now that I have returned from our weekend, I realize I should have read reviews before booking the place. We came here specifically for Mother's Day activities. Many of these were cancelled. Not enough staff? I saw quite a few staff members on the grounds. My kids said the activities were not real good and they felt rushed. The hayride was lame. The site we were registered for was impossible for us to get to with our 31' trailer. The roads were very narrow and near impossible to navigate through. It was not a problem to change to a better site. Camp store not very well stocked. Although this was not the best experience, we might return again when the pool is open. The playground was lots of fun. |Maybe more activities when the park is full. This weekend was mostly regulars with some of the kids thinking they run the place.

I would give this "0" if it was available. We never camped here. I called inquiring about the activities available for children and I was told by staff "well, we don't entertain you, if that is what you mean". I've never been treated so rudely. We will never camp here-it looks great on the website. Too bad. Don't give the park an opportunity to have customers. I don't appreciate rudeness.

It's hard to rate this campground simply on this weekend stay. We chose this CG after Labor Day largely because they had organized activities. However, they were all cancelled because of the rain and "everyone was at Hershey RV show". So, the CG looks really nice, but we had to find something to do in the area. We usually camp on weekends so the kids have activiites. The kids did enjoy the playground and riding their bikes. The owners are very friendly, but, unfortunately, we were all disappointed because of the lack of organized activities for the kids. We would probably come back to this place so we get to use the pool and try the activities. My girls love crafts. Campsites were mostly shaded and good size but ours had lots of large roots from the tree, which was a little unsafe.

We have returned to this CG several times. The sites are small and close together but there are a lot of activities for the kids. Two playgrounds and two pools. My kids are busy all day!!!!! Showers are the only ones where I still need a quarter. Also, the showers have no curtains between shower and dressing area and no bench to sit on. And, I had to wait for the water to heat up. The owners are friendly and the seasonals are, for the most part, polite.

This CG was immaculate and the sites are huge pull-thrus in nice shade. However, there are no planned activities for the kids. There is a program at 10AM and a show at 8PM but that's it. Everything is far away so there is a trolley, but the trolley doesn't necessarily stop in front of your site. The bike trail is very nice but very hilly. No fun to go back up. Our campsite was flooded (#190) after only one night of heavy rain. We called and nobody came to fix the problem. Because it was so shaded, our campsite never completely dried and we were there for a week. Also, the owners didn't seem to do anything about enforcing quiet hour. I called two nights in a row about the same campsite, and yet the noise continued. We enjoyed ourselves but would not return here.

Nice campground-well kept. Many seasonals and the kids of the seasonals think they own the place. They are running amok and sometimes inconsiderate. The pool and splash pool were great. The main entrance is located directly on a main road and residents drive down the road at unbelievable rates of speed. Good activities for the kids but would not return.

The owners are very friendly and good with the kids. The store is well stocked and the campsite was large. The kids really liked the turtle shaped pool. Many seasonals and the campground is small but everyone was very friendly.

We camped here for the first time on a Wet and Wild Weekend. Well, we certainly were wet. Wet Train Rides, and wet wagon rides as well as spray gun fights were on the list of activities. Staff and campers constantly came past your site spraying water guns at you. It was great!!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also, even though the staff was out to get everyone wet, they didn't want to scare or hurt anyone. They were very careful in shooting my little 6 year old son with water so he didn't get scared. I would like to commend the staff for that. The whole family had a great deal of fun and we are already planning to return next year for the same weekend-we will be prepared with more powerful water guns to get some fun revenge on the staff!!! Regulars here were friendly as well. Very kid-friendly, lots of activities to choose from, sometimes 3 every hour. Pool was clean and heated too. We will come again.

The owners were very friendly. However, the roads were very rocky and hilly, difficult to navigate with bikes and big rigs. We did have a very large shaded site and the pool and playground were excellent. The store was not stocked at all-I couldn't even buy a roll of paper towels. It is also difficult to see the sign for the entrance. There were lots of activities to select from on the weekend for the kids and adults. If we didn't have the big problem with the roads and the store, this campground would be rated higher. Roads need to be repaired.
